We were upgraded to first class on the Paris to Rome leg and it will be a challenge to go right (to economy or business class) instead of left (to first class!!!) on another international plane ride!!!! (But, I’m sure we will have to!).

Even without our luggage, the staff at Azamara complimentarily washed our clothes daily so we were never without clean clothes! We just had a lot of repeats! They went overboard making sure we were ok despite the luggage mishap and they completely took over making sure our luggage arrived so we were able to focus on our vacation!

We had a cabin upgrade. Was that you or was that the Azamara first time cruisers incentive?!?!? Either way, it totally worked! We loved the added space and the amenities (English butler service) was a dream!

The COVID measures on the ship were completely up to my clinical standards and I loved the spot testing and the attention to detail. I felt safer there then on land in the US!

THANK YOU for the anniversary treats for both of us and the birthday treat for Shad!!!!! We could see evidence of your work on land and sea!!!

We had a marvelous time and the entire trip is EXACTLY what we needed. I am grateful that we reached out to you as the AZAMARA staff let us know how you connected with them prior to our arrival. We know that we NEVER would have made it to the ship on time if it were not for you working on the other end!!!! We are most grateful and truly value the work that you did on our behalf!!! We honestly felt that the entire team was invested in getting us on boarded after our initial delay!!! (We were met by 4 persons at the gate and they appeared genuinely pleased to see us!!!).
